Metco Motorsports also offers a smaller diameter idler pulley that will allow for even bigger crank pulley sizes for increased boost. Innovator’s West harmonic balancer is precision-machined in the USA and installs directly in place of the factory unit. The Innovator’s West balancer and Metco light-weight crank pulley ring assembly weigh only 12.6 lbs, compared to 16.2 lbs for the heavier factory steel unit. Installing this kit removes significant rotating mass from the front of the engine.
