Instead of heavy-duty two prong data binders handling only 2 hole punched paper and armed with steel wires and metal rails, you may use the 21st century lightweight and eco-friendly design. On the side of the cover image, you can see the tags supplied to eventually mark the location of certain documents or general info. One Universal Size Spineless binder instead of five Ring binders One size fits all. When you use a Spine-less binder, there is no need to assess what ring size you need. Eco-friendly.  It consumes less than 20% of the material needed to make a ring binder with a comparable capacity.  Spine-less binder is always flat, adjusting itself to the thickness of the pages it contains. The number of pages is limited only by the length of the ties keeping it together. 9″ long here. Please be aware that page refills in the US are sold in two sizes. A4 (8.5″x11″) and smaller 8″x10″ size.  With the 8×10 paper, it may look a little bit oversized. Eventually, you may mix both sizes, since the punched three-hole spacing is universal.
