This is not a physical garment or pattern and nothing will be mailed to you. Everly is a knit dolman-style cardigan top full of options. Add functioning buttons and wear Everly as a layering piece or stitch the placket closed and wear it as a top. Choose from a trim or oversized fit through the body. It includes both a long crop and a high hip length. The bottom of both lengths can be hemmed or banded. It includes 4 different long sleeve options: a basic sleeve, lantern sleeve, elastic bishop sleeve, or a bell sleeve. The basic sleeve and lantern sleeve are finished with a regular or oversized sleeve cuff. Everly is perfect for wearing as loungewear, dressing up with skirts, or using it as a layering piece. Sizes (includes both imperial and metric measurements): •Fits full bust sizes 30″-60″ or 76.2-153.4 cm •Fits natural waist sizes: 23″-57″ or 58.4-134.6 cm. •Fits high hips sizes: 29″-64″ or 73.7-162.6 cm. •Fits upper arm sizes: 9.75″-18″ or 24.7-45.7 cm. Skill level: •Confident beginner- Working with sweater knits and doing the functional placket option will be the most difficult for a true beginner. Suggested Fabrics: •Fabric content will affect the drape and fit. •Drafted for medium-weight knits with at least 25% stretch and drape such as sweater knits, chenille, brushed sweater knit, bamboo french terry, waffle knits, etc. •Lighter weight knits with less recovery/open weave will give a more relaxed oversized look while thicker fabrics will give a more boxy look. Notions: •3-6 Buttons (the amount of buttons you use will depend on the button size you prefer as well as length you choose. Note- you can also use snaps. •Interfacing if you plan to make the buttons functional •Basics: iron, marking tool, ruler, snips, thread, pins or clips, scissors or rotary cutter, hem gauge, bodkin or safety pin. Ball point, stretch, or jersey needle.
