Power Valve Springs – these are a tuning item and sometimes vary by engine.  Contact us if you need new springs. Notes Blades may require some adjustment/grinding to fit your cylinder.  In certain cases, the Nikasil plating can shrink the power valve opening near the bore requiring light sanding of the outer edges of the power valve.  To install new blades, you’ll need to install the complete power valve assembly and carefully port match the power valve to the exhaust port with the valve in the fully extended position.  This should only take a couple minutes with a die grinder. JSN prefers this method as it allows an exact match for each exhaust port (these often vary with casting differences).
