Mi Primera cena de Navidad con menú libre

bueno ésta experiencia, puedo contarla con los  ojos,  cargados de emoción, porque es  un recuerdo.... casi increíble, no todos los pkus, tienen o tenemos la suerte de que nuestra dotora/doctor nos de ésta opción de menú libre el día de noche buena o noche vieja.

desde hace años, nose si sería a mis 14 años o asi, fuimos en diciembre a una revision connuestra doctora de madrid, pues bien, ésta doctora contenta con mis resultados en las analíticas desde hacía tiempo, le dijo a mimadre,Justa  que haceis en noche buena, y dijo mi madre pues algo de cordero o algo asi, y dijo bien pues este año ana maria tiene menu libre para noche buena o noche vieja cuando ella elija, pero... al dia siguiente 0 proteinas y q no le falte el maxamum. pues bien, yo me salí más contenta q unas castañuelas.

y diciendole a mi madre mama yo quiero q hagas para cenar, alas de pollo, muslitos de cangrejo, croquetas, jamon, bueenoo un monton de cosas, pues bien llega el dia de noche buena, y recuerdo que estaba comiendo 1 alita de pollo yo tan contenta y concentrada en mi alon y veo a mi madre con unos lagrimonesss, jaj y mi padre diciendo muchacha que te vas a comer hasta el hueso, ja y dice mi madre mira hay tienes jamon nose q q te vas a comer, ydigo yo,, unpoco de todo, dice y cordero también?

y digo mama  soy incapaz de comerme algo del cordero sabiendo q tiene tantiiisimas proteinas q eso me va costar 1 semana hasta q  mi cuerpo las elimine y recuerdo que me acoste conuna sensación como de... haber felicidad x haber probado algo nuevo, desde entonces  en noche buena siempre hago menu libre. y es que a veces  yo al menos prefiero probar un poquito de cada cosa q muho de una sola,  y también creo que como consejo para los padres, no os de pena que vuestro hijo no pruebe... un pastel, xq el problema será que lo pruebe x que tú se lo ofrezcas y en cima le guste, ahi viene el problema.

ES MEJOR NO DAR ALGO A PROBAR QUE NEGARLO.

y con esto  quiero decir, que nostros los pkus generalmente no echams de menos el sabor de algo que no hemos probado. al menso es mi opinón y mi experiencia.

el proximo capitulo será  felincetonuria, enfermedad para los padres, dieta para los afectados.

En mi caso es distinto, porque tradicionalmente en Polonia no se come carne en la cena de nochebuena, así que hacemos platos tradicionales y siempre en dos versiones. La verdad que no siento mucha necesidad de probar sus pescados, porque siempre me pongo hasta las botas con lo que hay. y en nochevieja no se cena, la juerga empieza muy pronto.

Estoy de acuerdo contigo en que los padres no deberían darle a probar absolutamente todo a los niños.  Para mi, es mucho mejor mantener la dieta por lo general y si a veces se pasa una, pues ala, pero no "legitimar" la proteina y sancionarla como algo normal que se hace a veces (en algunos casos incluso a menudo, diria). Si tienes tu menú libre la nochevieja, estupendo, es una ocasión muy muy especial, pero de allí no se puede pasar uno a hacerse estas cenas más a menudo. Y tampoco quiero que mis padres me den a picar no sé qué delicias si luego me tientan.

Yo la única vez que comí menú libre con permiso fue cuando me hacían pruebas neurológicas para una investigación, vaya que hice de conejillo de indias, y necesitaban niveles altos... Pues tan contenta me zampé un megasandwich con todo, pero como tenía niveles bajos, subí a un 7 y era demasiado bajo para que valga en el experimento.
